Classic Blue Cafe was born in 1987 from a simple dream — to create a place where people could slow down, savor a perfectly brewed cup of coffee, and feel at home. Founded by Margaret and Thomas Blue, our cafe started as a small corner shop with just six tables and a passion for quality.

Over the years, we've grown into a beloved neighborhood institution, but our values remain the same. We source our beans directly from family farms in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala, ensuring every cup meets our exacting standards.

Today, the second generation of the Blue family continues the tradition, blending time-honored recipes with modern techniques to bring you the finest cafe experience in the city.
